Just open the randomizer, and follow the steps it gives. You can randomize pretty much everything, including sprite colors.


As for your other question, I don't think any part of a nuzlocke is necessarily easy, you're always looking out for strong unexpected moves (especially in a randomizer). However, I can say for sure that up until I'd say the second badge is by far the hardest part. You're so weak, anything strong can just decimate you. After about the second badge, you start assembling a more solid team, with at least one or two members who can definitely take a hit for you. Of course, anything could go wrong at any time still, but once you have a solid team together, you're a little more secure.
