    I am wondering if it's possible to get any of the event pokemons that were never there except if you went to a event in your state. But because it was a event that is already over years ago. So how is it possible now?

    You can get Celebi in Crystal I believe after you've cleared the game, pretty sure we had someone here SR for a shiny so you can get Celebi legit in Crystal at least. I don't think there's anything in Gold and Silver sadly.
