Alyssa's hand went straight up. "I have a performance that I'd like to show off...but it's going to be a little different than what you're used to."
Alyssa went up to the stage, flute in hand. "Alright folks, this won't be your run-of-the-mill performance. This is going to be one of my classic story-performances, complete with music. Before we begin, I'd just like to mention that this story's origins and title are completely unknown."
@Sugar Brock nodded, and allowed Alyssa full reign of the stage. The crowd murmured for a moment--what was Alyssa going to do?
A flute that was not Alyssa's own began playing a calm, soothing tune that one would hear in a coffeehouse. This was just the beginning of her performance story. She began actung out the story before going to word of mouth; she nailed every single scene down to the very last detail. "Allow me to describe where all of this takes place before we continue."
Alyssa looked out at everybody before continuing. "I'll need a volunteer for this part of the performance."
"Wow, that was a bigger turnout than I thought." After thinking who would be the most suited, Alyssa finally picked out her volunteer and called them up to the stage. She hoped that they would bring their A-game to this.
(Alright, let's get this scene started.) Alyssa handed over the script to her fellow idol and gave precise directions. "Okay, I want you to listen very carefully. For this scene, I'll be telling the story and acting when necessary, and you'll do the same, but on your own cue. This won't be easy, but we can definitely make this work."
@Sugar (That works.) The boy studied the script for a moment as the audience waited to see what would happen.
