    When voting, please do not make your choices based off of the render or character used. This is not a favorite character contest- voting should be done based off who had the best effects, or the best overall signature.

    For instance, if you liked a signature because it has Azelf in it, but you think another signature with Mewtwo is better design/effect-wise, you should vote for Mewtwo because you liked the overall signature better.
