    • How many people on average actually buy a lottery ticket?
    • Are the prizes actually that good?
    • What are the chances of winning?
    I humbly ask these questions because I hear nobody talk about the lottery and I am interested as to why.

    There are better ways to get PP than the Lottery. It is not something many people use, but it is a fun little thing that you can spend PP on if you so wish.
