~ Before reading just know. I joke around a bit with the dates. This is a human RP if you ain't into that I recommend reading as this has been a long time planning ~


It’s the year 2069 the world has plunged into chaos . Mechanical mayhams rise and give birth to droids and drones. Large hives of wire and metal amalgamations sending these mechanical war devices .

In 2068 a technophile rose up in the ranks. He showed his inventions that could change the world. A little droid that when placed in water will spray a special serum purify it and dissolve plastic. He quickly was questioned and his face was scattered in the newspapers. Dr. Eldwitch Van holm.

He showed off his inventions almost monthly. However in December of the same year while showing off a machine that could swirl the air around and collect any debris in the air and cleanse it. It worked perfectly till the clock struck midnight.

When Midnight hit the bot seemed to twitch and shake. It flipped itself upside down and started to shoot sparks around. The Debris it picked up from the air solidified and merged together into a limp mushy doll of dirt and dust. It attempts to move and falls apart. The droid starts to spark more and more before it starts letting out a message

“H̵̛̝ḛ̴̂'̵̣̿s̸̩̍ ̸̺̋ģ̸͘ŏ̸̲n̸̪̾ǹ̶͎a̶̛͈ ̸̡̓s̷̗̓t̵͉̾a̴͙̾r̵̲̆t̴̯̊ ̷̲̑a̸̹̾ ̷͈̀n̵͖͝e̴̅͜w̶͖̐ ̵̻͠r̸̩͠e̴̥̽v̵̛͕o̷͉̐l̷̹̑ů̴̱t̸͎̚i̵̙͂o̴͂͜n̵͓̏ ̵̝͗i̴͔͌n̴̤͂ ̵͂ͅa̵̕͜ ̴̺̌b̶̳̑a̸̻̐d̴͈͂ ̵̣͐w̵̺͠a̴͔̕y̸̥͛ ̶͚̌R̸͙̀u̴̡͠n̸̡̈́ ̷̨͂w̴̖̌h̷̹́e̷̫̍n̶̛͜ ̴͇̓ŷ̴̺ȏ̵͈ụ̷̈́ ̸̝̃c̶̭͂ȧ̶͈n̵̟̊.̸͉̎” The droid started to spaz out before letting out more ghastly dolls. It lets out a large audible pop as it sends the debris all around the audience

The robot continues to spit more out as Dr. Eld uses a shovel to bash it in half. The Audience gasped at the sight as Dr. Eldwitch picked up the remains of his once perfect invention.

Newspapers flooded the streets of his name. Called a Traitor, a fraud, a liar. He walked the streets and looked at the people who used to trust him. He didn’t show off an invention for January or February but in March he walks back up on the podium holding a large ball.

“As you all know, my last invention had a fault in it. This invention should fix it all. All your trust will be regained in this hopefully.”

He holds a button down and the ball lets out a chime. It floats up into the sky and opens it up on the bottom. It starts to gather air and a box filled with screws falls out of the sky. Dr Eldwitch grabs it and takes the screw out of the box.

“This little droid will make any resource you need and because it can make more of it. I’ll be giving these away. It can make food, water, anything! The Deliverbot!” He flicks his hands into the air.

People line up to grab them as fast as they could as a sly grin goes across Dr. Eldwitchs face as he leaves.

Weeks past people are making colossale buildings with ease and humanity is growing faster than ever. Until April first comes around of 2069 The droids only have been sent to around the city and nowhere else. The droids activate at 3:00 am and start to float . The extend little arms out that crack open windows, pick door locks, unscrew vent shafts to get out of the home they lived in. They float out like a large amount of balloons taking to the sky. The drift upwards to the middle of the sky where the Podium that Dr. Eld once stood.

They all start to spin and let out a large motoring sound. They start producing lots of metal that melds together and most the drones break apart and fly off. The ones that stood at the podium start producing more Deliverbots as they make more metal making an amalgamation of metal that produces more and more drones.

People wake up to see the hives and start to freak out. Some grab guns and try and shoot it to no Avail . “Look on the Podium!” A male calls out. People look over to see Dr. Eldwitch with a large maniacal grin on his face. He was wearing a white trench coat covered in wiring and motherboards. He was wearing black gloves.

He spoke and his voice echoed around the buildings with the megaphones attached to his shoulders. “Hello Civilians! As you all can see . I’ve started my world domination and none of you are able to stop me! So let’s all just sit down and let these drones take you hostage.”

People booed as he spoke but he showed no care. He started to laugh. “If you think any of your boos has a care for me? You’d be wrong !” He laughed endlessly as the drones slowly spread these large hives around the world.

This message got sent out to the world to start preparing for these things. Militaries prepared and were standing on coastlines. This was the rise of the Techromancers. People who used technology to take out these droids.

Back in the city of Yutopia the hive finalized and it started to pump out more robots to fight. Some big and some small. Some human like some not. They pillaged the city and brought it to the ground. They started to build new buildings and captured any humans that lived in the onslaught .

The Techromancers started to gear up and this is where you start your journey. In the same continent of the Hive of Yutopia. (Not in Yutopia) to start gearing up and get ready to take down the hives of these robots and shut down Dr. Eldwitch.


This is where mother bird leaves the nest.

~ This rp has a special thing called Techromancy. You'll use technology you break and kill to form your own unique weapon. This could be floating knives that dance around you, a large spike that breaks through enemies. But always thing of balance. You'll have to say about how much scrap and wiring you need to make it work. Same with if they have special uses like a flying portable rocket . That'd need something like propellers.

~ A flying scout will have 4 propellers, 27 scrap, 29 inches of wiring, 2 batteries. ~ These are the smallest type of enemy . Not all enemies have propellers and some have other unique items so think wisely of what you need. How they're grabbed will be shown in story. ~

Spoiler: The Prince of Plagues.

Name: Valheart

Age: 28

Gender: Male

Appearance: Wearing a plague doctor outfit with a fedora. He holds an old cracked lantern in his left hand that seems to be bound to his sleeve . He holds an old crow like cane in his other hand that when he uses his techromancy he can make any weapon he needs out and rise robots out of the ground with.

History: He was a mortician and loved but hated his job. When the hives started forming he dressed up in his plague doctor outfit in case there was any way for the robots to take pictures and scan people for their identity. He wanted to keep on the low side. While adventuring the town at night he finds himself exploring the parks and found a lantern laying on the ground . It was cracked and it seemed to still have some flame in it. He picked it up and felt his hand start to burn. He attempts to let it go but the lantern lets out a large purple flame that engulfs him. He feels pain all around his body . He fell to his knees as the purple flames swirled. A black figure forms in front of him and hugs him before vanishing. The fire extinguishes as a black crow cane was in front of him. Valheart walks forward and grabs the can with his right hand . Black chains were folded around his left arm under his sleeve. Holding the lantern to him.

Personality A calmed individual who shows no care to death or seeing others get hurt. He thinks about every possible outcome before making a move. He can think fast and is able to move quickly. He has a fast reaction time and seemed to be agile but not very strong

Strongside: Mobility and quick thinking.

Weakside: Strength and taking hits.

Techromance

1* Contains the sparks of the robots he takes down in his lantern and is able to shoot spark out of the lantern however it slowly leaks out from the cracks.
2* Swings the lantern around before throwing it at his foe. If electricity is in the lantern it will cause a large surge of lightning that will shock units in the area.
3* The weapon of use. Summons a weapon he needs with his cane . However this requires scraps and a lot of wiring.
4* Rise of the dead. He strikes the ground with his cane at large amount of force that forms broken and exposed robots to fight for him. He can use the lightning from his lantern to control and empower them

Non Techromance weapon His Cane and lantern. He can swing his lantern around to bash his foes and he can use his Cane to push and bat them away. He also keeps a secret sacrificial knife hidden in his belt

Special powers
Cloaked weapon. Wrapped in his cloak he unwinds and a large amount of spider like legs made of pure metal break out of his cloak and stab at his foes.

Chained forever. The chain of his lantern grows larger and he can throw it much stronger to hook and throw his foes.

Special Techromance

The giga. Uses a lot of scrap, wiring, and weapons to summon a large robot that will wield guns and plasma weapons .

Seems very technical. If you explain the costs of his abilities than Green Lit.
However. If I deam the costs to low or to high I will have you futz with that a bit.

Alright, we still have 3 days till closure. 2 days till the start. I want to add one more character. To make it so that we use more scrap as not many of us use it.

Spoiler: The Rat of the Past

Name: Cozbi Hammerlock
(Fun fact the name Cozbi means Liar getting away)

Age 14

Gender Female

Appearance: A short slender girl with short brunette hair, freckles scattered around her face, purple eyes, tanned skin, a cracked tooth, long elvish like ears, a black kimono with red roses scattered around it. wearing black high heels, a white kitsune mask on the back of her head, Long cybernetic claws on the edge of each fingertip . Her fingernails were painted yellowish orange, you could almost see every bone in her body.

History She was raised in a small village not far off where our adventure begins. She was taught by her parents at a young age to not trust the ones above. The people that her parents spoke of were, religion , the police, rulers, and far more that the eye could see. She was trained at the age of seven to know how to use a knife and fend herself off of any Hierarchy like a police officer came after her. She was taught how to steal at the age of fourteen. Being told to wake up at random times and go to sleep at ungodly hours she could work on a sudden ambush if needed. She has a small stomach which allows her to eat little and get nourished enough to move on little stuff like berries. She can live on less food than most but needs to eat in certain time frames. At the age of fourteen she was told to run away and hide as the town was invaded by a wild tribe of cryptic robots. As she runs in the forest she finds an old stump with an old hatch . She examines it and pries it open falling back at the sudden unlatching. Standing up she finds an old cracked black obsidian knife. Noticing she left her knife at home she grabs it. Raising it out of the stump she notices the weight it has. She twirls the knife around and jabs the air. She tosses it in the air and grabs it by the handle. Walking to a tree she stabs it and the knife punctures the tree with ease seeming to poke out the other side. Taking the knife out a hole is made in the tree and a large chuck of log sticks to the knife. "This'll do well." She mutters flicking the knife to launch the wood. She attempts to throw the knife in the air and it flies before quickly reappearing in her hand.

Personality A close minded trickster of a kid with a low expectation. She seems to be tired but is really just bored . She often is expressionless. She will only show a soft spot if something detrimental happens she is very numb to pain with how her parents raised her using leather whips on her almost daily.

Strongside Waking up fast and moving quickly with high endurance. She can lie with ease as well

Weakside If she hasn't had food within five hours she starts to move sluggishly feeling ill making her almost useless in combat. Her small body also adds to enemies hurting her more than it would Valheart.

Techromance -
1* Blade of the wicked, she will use a little bit of scrap to extend the length of her blade for a strike on an enemy just out of knife range. Uses 12 scrap

2* Drone setup, She can setup a variety of drones each costing different materials.

Scout - 4 propellers, 27 scrap, 29 inches of wiring, 2 batteries. (yes it's the same cost as what it gives)
Gunner- 4 propellers, 29 scrap, 34 inches of wiring, 2 batteries + 1 automatic gun
Support - 4 propellers, 53 scrap, 73 inches of wiring, 4 batteries + 1 fission coil
More to come.

3* Memories of the past, her sanity drops and she starts to go mad. She will go rouge and fight anything like a wild animal even her own teammates. She will swing faster and also giggle uncontrollably. This'll make her very hungry afterwards and will need an actual meal instead of just a couple berries. *no scrap or anything required*

4* Mask for the lost tears cried, the mask on her side will move on its own covering her face. This allows her to hide her face with ease allowing for her to lie easier Uses 2 wire

Non Techromance weapon Deavolt - Her obsidian knife that seems to be bounded to her . She will use her heels to kick at her foes if need be. She also has her cybernetic claws on her hands allowing for quick slashing. Hidden in her belt is a syringe filled with a liquid only she knows about.

Special powers

*1 Feral lonesome- She allows herself to become Feral much like she used Memories of the past. She has some control over it and allows her to use her claws more effectively
*2 Overdrive - She uses scrap to make a pair of prosthetic legs that allow her to make sharper turns and move quicker. Costs 100 scrap - 40 inches of wire - 4 springs - 12 hinges

Special Techromance
Lone wolf - She charges at her foes with her knife in hand her claws extended. She combines her blades and starts spinning around striking her foes over and over again. She can combine all her abilities into one and make it so that she can move at a much faster rate and strike down more people.
