    Yeah! I'm sure it's everyone's dream not to be on those forever. Benadryl helps with the anxious feeling for me too, though it usually takes like 30 minutes - 1 hour to really kick in. But seriously, it's sooo nice to have something over the counter. I almost took prescription meds once but decided against it since even the doctor was like 'wow do you really have anxiety' so I think I'm better off fending it off thru more natural ways, with Benadryl on the side. life pls
