Giratina can immediately be transformed into its Altered Form upon hatching at Level 40! Seems you might have to level it up another time to change it back!

EDIT: Hmmmmm... no form change option upon hitting Level 41. Gonna try getting to Level 42 and see what happens...

EDIT: Wuh oh, didn't get an option to change at Level 42 either. Maybe it's multiples of 5? RIP my planned postings if it is X_X

So, after a bit of talking in the Discord, it appears Giratina cannot change between forms; all form changes are permanent. If you'd like to keep your flying danger noodle a flying danger noodle, avoid clicking that green arrow!!!
