Those god forsaken Power plants

So I noticed this hasn't been on the forums yet (surprisingly) But seeing how ORAS is almost here, and we have had no news or information on what the rest of the Power plants contain or what their purpose is, but it's driving me crazy. The only idea I was able to come up with for one of the power plants was; There's steam coming from the plant so maybe Volcanion will be a catchable event legendary later on down the road. But now seeing as Hoopa might be in ORAS, I am starting to lose hope in that these Power Plants mean something at all.

What do you guys think of these God Forsaken Power plants

This is something I know a lot of people have speculated - that it might be home to one of the remaining legendary Pokémon we haven't heard anything about beyond their names.

But I am curious as to what they could hold.

The power plant makes me angry for this exact reason. We have no idea why the other doors are locked and no items or anything to unlock them, and it's just a little over a month until ORAS is released. I want to know. :c

They could be trying to wait until ORAS to open those up and draw some attention back to X/Y in the middle of ORAS hype. But yeah, stupid power plants what secrets do you hold?!?!

I've always wondered what the power plants actually hold. Can't wait to see what, if anything.

It's true that the locked doors seem to be hiding something, and I kind of expected this to be a post game thing, but they didn't do anything with it. I don't know if I would expect it to hold a legendary Pokémon, but it really could've been a great postgame addition.
