    Treasures are neat little trinkets you can buy and display on your profile - they're designed to look nice and be aesthetically pleasing. The treasures used to be on a rotation at some point on the past, though no longer are. (Come to think of it, that gives me an idea...)

    You can toggle whether or not they're visible by setting the option in Your Inventory (in the Shop menu). Keep in mind you can only have 5 Treasures visible at once.
