There are countless add-ons you can use to enhance your browsing experiences! Do you use any? If so, which do you use? My list: uBlock Origin + uBlock Origin Extra - Addblocker and a blocker for the content blockers that catch you using adblockers Internet Download Manager + Integration - Makes downloads faster Reddit Enhancement Suite - Improvements to Reddit xKit - Improvements to Tumblr Better TwitchTV - Improvements to Twitch Web of Trust - Safety rating system Turn Off the Lights - Chill times watching good videos Privacy Badger - Prevents trackers/targeted advertising HTTPS Everywhere - Forces sites to use HTTPS encryption whenever available Decentraleyes - Tracking protection from some CDN services Honey - Coupon/price matching addon OneTab - Condense tabs for when they get overwhelming and open them later Google Dictionary - Double click to get the definition of words you don't know Minimal Scrollbar - Less obtrusive than the default sidebar Using Google Chrome. I know it has tons of issues and that Firefox does a better job of protecting user privacy, but I just can't stand using it. P.S. If any mods are bored and want to help me out, you can update these with links to the Chrome and/or Firefox versions of these addons. I'll compliment ya.
I dont use many! But I couldnt be without these ones: Adblock Reddit Enhancement Suite Xkit - Tumblr's so much easier to use with it! Grease monkey - So I can use the one click llama button on dA Space - A script I wrote to space out my bookmarks on my toolbar.
You guys should look into upgrading to uBlock Origin! It catches things Adblock doesn't, and there's no "sponsored" whitelisted ads. It also has better performance. Worth looking into!
uBlock is all I use, and all I really need to use. I did use AdBlocker on my old computer, though that was when it first came out and I kept it ever since (and after that point, it gradually became...less effective). I'm sure there are many other useful extensions, but for what I use my browser for, they wouldn't serve me much good at this point.
Adblock Plus, Tumblr Savior, and Stylish are the only browser extensions that I use regularly. But I think I'll be swapping out Adblock for uBlock some time; I've been meaning to upgrade to something a little more efficient lately.
I only use ublock. I used to use a youtube repeater until they added one to youtube though. I also used to use a pintrest one when I was really into it.
I used to use Stylish for Pokémon Showdown back when I was an active user on that site. Nowadays, that died down. (Shame though, I made a lot of friends on that site that I haven't talked to in ages.) For my active sites, however, I only use FrankerFaceZ for Twitch. Mostly for Dark Twitch and stream timer functionalities.
Tumblr Savoir - If you're using tumblr you have to have this because no matter how selective you are with whom you follow, people WILL post gross shit. Stylish: Mostly used on tumblr Adblockplus
