"Less than you would think," Evergreen replied. "My home is much cooler than the rest of Fayan, and I don't like warm climates." Apart from the garden and the Tidal Song, Kantai City also had a vast number of inns and resorts that could rival any vacationing spot in the world. Now that Evergreen could see in the daylight, the beaches and resorts were big.
"I bet we couldn't get a room there if we tried," Evergreen said. "They're very pretty though." She could see the many resorts stretching across the waterfront.
Kirito sighed in agreement. "Com3 on. I saw a sign that might lead to the garden" (Wanna do an evil team or not? Like team skull )
(Sure. It might give the adventure more bite. I'm thinking of even getting Wave to roleplay as the Aether Knights or Lillie from the previous adventure) "Hey! Wait for me!" Evergreen quickly said. The Kantai Garden was a gigantic plaza that served as a landmark of the city. Its flowers and berries attracted Pokémon of many sorts on the island and the beauty was adored by visitors everywhere. There were also local gardeners who sold flowers, berries, and honey to support not only regular visitors but to also those who tended to their gardens. The last time Evergreen had seen so many flowers, that was at the royal gardens at Illumis in Kalski.
Kirito smiled at evergreen when he sudden some youngsters standing over a few kids. "What is going on??"
(Sure, no problem) From what Evergreen could see, there was a fight going on. But the youngsters seemed to have an advantage over the children.
"Yo. Give us your charm or else." One or them said "Yeah what he says" the other added. Kirito blinked at the language and than looked at evergreen. "Wanna do something??"
"But that's my only charm!" one of the children replied. Evergreen looked back at Kirito and nodded. "Looks like trouble. We have to help them!" She pulled Kirito's arm and dragged him to the group. "Hey, you!" Evergreen said, telepathically. "What's going on here?"
Kirito felt himself getting pulled a long but didn't say anything. ''Yo mate, this green thing, wants to know whats going on.'' The teenager said. ''O really, whats going on, well we tell you whats going on.'' the other said.'' ''What sgoing on, is that we are playing with this kid.'' the first saiad. ''Yes, so that is what is going on.'' the second replied. Kirito was trying to puzzle out what they exactly say
"That's not true!" the young boy said. "They're trying to steal from me!" Evergreen looked offended for being called a 'green thing', but she shook that off. "Then why are the kids crying? It looks more than just playing, you know."
"Untrue." First said. "Yeah untrue" secone repeated. Kirito sighes getting a headache from those two. He pulled out his wand. "Now you better leave and leave this charm or else I can be less nice" "O you do not scare us. " first said. "Nope noy scaring us" second said Kirito took a deep breath. "Believe me or my friend. I am not afraid to hurt you
Evergreen's eyes widened. Were they about to fight? "No no, please don't fight. We don't mean any trouble... and you also don't want to make my friend angry." She removed her sunhat and placed it on the ground with her purse. "That is, you should be scared of us." The children nervously stepped back and picked up Evergreen's things along the way. The boy with the Heart charm clutched his charm harder.
Kirito slightly send a thunderbolt before there feet. "Next time I wont miss" he grinned. "Next tim3. Yes. Next time we get you" first said. "True next time" second said as they both ran off
Evergreen breathed a sigh of relief as the youngsters retreated. Then she turned to the two children who gave back her purse and sunhat. "Thank you," she said. "We should thank you!" the boy said. "We didn't know what to do." "You two look strong. No wonder they were scared of you!" said the young girl, who looked at Evergreen especially. "Though... You look pretty pale. Is your skin like that?" "It's always like that," Evergreen replied, putting her hat back on. "Who were they?" "Just some troublemakers. We don't know where they came from."
