Kirito gazed at the mudbray "Let them guard those thieves. And if they do something just use an attack" he suggested and shook his shoulders
''See, they did not protest. Let's go evergreen.'' he said pulled on her arm. ''You want this bag right? we are close I can feel it.''
Evergreen sighed. She continued to hug Kirito's arm and followed him around. "Let's see where it is then."
The meadow was large however somewhere at the top of one of the hills stood a wooden cabin. "What do you think?"
Still holding on her flowers, Evergreen looked around. The same flowers were abundant in this meadow and the only thing in sight was the cabin. "We could check out the cabin... It might be our only lead. You know, if this meadow is supposedly secret, how is it someone lives here?" She looked down, still holding onto Kirito's arm with her other arm. "Maybe the shopping bag is there..."
Kirito nodded in agreement. "Lets hope so." He still felt evergreen hanging in his arm. By now he should be used to it. But he still wasnt
Evergreen hadn't felt Kirito's discomfort at all and she held onto his arm the whole time. It continued to be sunny and warm but she was glad she had a sunhat on. She looked at Kirito again. "Aren't you hot?" she said.
Kirito looked at her. "No. Im just fine" he said with sarcasme. He sighed again. "Be cautious we do not know if there are more of them"
"I know, I know..." Evergreen looked back into his eyes. "I'll always be cautious when you're around." The meadow's flowers blew with the wind and took in the abundant sunlight, making them shine.
Kirito didn't understand what she meant and just nodded. The cabin looked like a small cozy one. It was even well maintained. ''It doesn't seem like a hide out.''
"It actually looks like some kind of home or lodge..." Evergreen had seen cabins like these before back at Lalusi. In warmer or colder weather, cabins like these offered relief from the outside world. And they were survivable in any weather. "Even on a barely populated island like this? Do you think the owner could let us visit?" She held onto Kirito's arm again.
Kirito didnt say anything ae he walked closer to it. He knocked in the door but didnt get any answer. He slowly tried ro open the door findinf out it was locked
"The place is occupied, isn't it? Maybe the owner is sleeping?" Evergreen suggested. She looked to Pikachu and the Mudbray. [What do you think?] [We wouldn't know,] the Mudbray replied.
Pikachu looked through the window as his eyes widened. He kocked on the window and pointing at evergreen. "They are captured. Tied down" he said in panic. Kirito looked at evergreeb. "What is he saying?"
"Pikachu says someone is tied down in there," Evergreen replied. "Don't know if it's a Pokémon or human, but... We can't just break in, can we?"
''If they need help,we do not have a choice. Come on use your attack.'' Kirito said shaking his head, that she could be an idiot at time.
Evergreen blushed. "H-hey, I know, I know." She launched a Disarming Voice to knock off the door. She went inside first.
They people looked happy or at least relieved. Kirito undid there ropes or tried to. "Dang this is tight" making a small fire to try to cut the rope. "So who did this?" He asked the same time
One man that Kirito freed, who looked like the homeowner and older than Kirito by at least ten years, replied. "It was those Skulls. We had heard the stories they would be around but never thought they would find this meadow." Evergreen helped free the man's wife. She said, "They came in and only took food from us, thankfully. They wanted to make off with more, but they said they didn't want to carry extra weight with that enormous shopping bag they carried already."
