Create-a-Card Event

Welcome one, welcome all to the grand return of the Create-a-Card Event. This challenge will bring in all sorts of different qualities like creativity, game knowledge, and a touch of design flair.

Rules

- This is a team-based event. Each team will submit one evolutionary line by the end of the month.
- The Pokémon used in your card line must be existing Pokémon only
- You must, however, draw your own original artwork for the Pokémon and cannot use official or other people's pre-drawn work.
- Try to have your move sets be unique and creative. Avoid something like "Vine Whip for 20 Damage". Instead, try to create moves of your own! Fancy names, cool abilities, it's all good. Balance will be factored pretty lightly so go nuts.
- Don't forget to add your stats- HP, Weakness, Retreat Costs
- Put the cards together in an image editing program though if you absolutely cannot, here is a website that should help you
- Two ways participations counts is a) by contributing to the art and/or other parts of your card design or b) posting 5 times in your team thread to help your teammates with ideas!
- Have your captain post your design in a spoiler before the deadline!​

Prizes and Deadlines

1st Place — 250 Points + Summer Scramble Winner's Medal
2nd Place — 200 Points
3rd Place — 150 Points

Participation: 10 Points + Summer Scramble 2020 Participation Medal

All entries must be submitted by 11:59 EST on July 29th, 2020

Bonus Points

1) A description of the Pokémon: +5 points
2) Your own card set, name, and icon- such as jungle, Guardians Rising, etc.: +10 points
3) Create your own Energy Cards that go with your Pokémon. (You may use the official icons for this): +10 points

The set name is Hidden Armory. Featuring the return of split type cards and Archtypes like Brave which is seen above.
