That's a solid starting point, gives me lots of references and a base I can work with. I'll do some sketches and see what I come up with.
Did some sketches, got to spriting, and I'm quite happy with the end result for a forged-type eeveelution. May do some touch-ups later. Beepboopeon In all seriousness, how about Cybeon? Or maybe Hepheon or Vulceon? The former after 'cyber' and the latter two after the Greek and Roman gods of the forge.
I think we should include a Z-Move. Every other type has one. Also, I like the idea for an Eeveelution. This is just an idea, but maybe it could evolve from Eevee when it has TM/HM moves in all four slots.
As a Z-Move, what about Glitchout? It’ll cause the opponent to turn into pixels and blow up before reappearing.
Sounds good in my opinion. Maybe also one random stat lowered, since the enemy explodes? Edit: Lowering the defense stats from the enemy is the most logical thing, I guess.
I like the idea of glitchout, and I have another idea for a regular move. Something that changes the foe's type to forged type could be interesting, with maybe an animation that makes the enemy Pokémon look more rigid and constructed, if that makes any sense. Also, as for the eeveelution, I like Mandriel's suggestion of Vulceon, sounds interesting and has some cool inspiration behind it.
Changing the opponent to Forged type? We could call it Modification, or Gene Tamper, but that’s just my ideas. We’ll also need a regular attack and a special attack, as well. I was thinking something called Gear Up? It would raise a stat of the user, or heal it.

I've also have to say that I like the name Cybeon more. Btw, I think the move Gear up already exits. Got introduced in the 7th gen,and is a Steel-type move.
Darn. What about Hybridization? It changes its type to one of the opponent’s types, but loses its Forged type. Also, if Vanilluxe and Trubbish are Forged types, how to we make moves that would make sense for them to have? I can’t see an ice-cream cone tampering with the opponent’s genes or something. That’s mostly my fault, though. Apologies.
The name sounds good. And Ice Cream can do everything. What about we also add one of those spicy 1 hit K.O moves?
Spicy 1-hit KO move? How does one of em TACTICAL NUKES sound?! That above was a joke. How about ...uh... Plasma Blast? Special attack with base attack 110, accuracy 80, PP 5. There could also be Radar, which would stop the opponent from running away or switching out for 3-5 turns. Explosion could change to Forged type.
Can we add a 5 to the accuracy? Explosion sounds good as a forged move, I am excited to see Ice cream explode xD
Sounds good! And explosive ice cream... mmm. Tasty. Controlled Heat? It will either be a fire-type attack, or an ice-type, like Hidden Power can be any type but is still Normal.
