@Tala Is Eternal (luckily, this man is a ranger--he's taking you to the town where the group is headed next)
(O okay , ) Mel and Pachi followed him , they bowed down. As they went to write a letter to there cousin, to pick them up from here.
@Tala Is Eternal The post station was not too busy--most of the townsfolk were afraid to send or receive mail. "May I help you, miss?" the postmaster asked.
''Yes, can I write a note to my cousin Kirito?'' she asked, climbing on the counter. ''I want him to pick me up , '' as Pachi sat on her head
@Tala Is Eternal The postmaster gave Mel a piece of paper and a pen. "I can't guarantee your note will make it with all the bandits afoot--but we'll try our best!"
Mel was writing the letter, who seemed longer than she wanted it at first. But than gave it to the postmaster. ''Whatt do you mean? I need to leave.'' Pachi agreed with her
Maria and Evergreen continued following the group towards the town. The bandits could be raiding the place already, but if there was a chance, they could use the town as a base for holdout.
Dear Kirito I stopped going on the journey. You were right. We arent cut out to go on one. We only walk in the way of everyone else. I hope you can pick us up. (Name of the town) We had wished it otherwise and even though we are going to miss everyone. We both think its for tje best. Pachi cant really battle and I am to inexperienced witj my ribbon..maybe in a few years we can try agaim We hope to see you soon Melissa and pachirisu
@Tala Is Eternal The postmaster explained "No matter how many riders I send out to deliver the mail, they always get ambushed by bandits. The people haven't gotten any letters or packages in months."
"So...so kirito might not get my letter and than I am stuck here" she clenched her small fists. "Than I go home by myself" ready to walk away
@Tala Is Eternal @122 Generation @Jupjami @ChocoChicken (We'll see what everyone wants to do before we continue)
@Tala Is Eternal @122 Generation @Jupjami @ChocoChicken Back with the group, Serena wondered what was going to happen to Mel. With so many bandits around, there was no way she was going back. Or worse, what if she had no home to go back to? Either way, she vowed, she is not a burden to us.
Maria didn't know what to say, but for the time being she figured Mel would be better off sticking around with the group for now. It might be something that the group might fight off bandits today or tomorrow, and using the town as some kind of trap. We may as well get the forest Pokémon to help us, Evergreen said. There are many camps in the area, but we can send a message with a strong show of force, but maybe not use of force.
@Tala Is Eternal @122 Generation @Jupjami @ChocoChicken Brock heard Evergreen's thought. "What do you mean by 'a show of force without use of force'? What exactly does that look like?"
Oh, more like intimidation, Evergreen said. But that might not happen if these bandits are used to raiding. We may as well start setting a trap now.
