Peri picked up his bow. Perhaps it would help to restock on arrows. I lost two in that fight. With this in mind, he headed for the market area.
Farrah decided to save up her gold this time. She seemed to have underestimated her, as well as her teammate’s abilities. She felt like it would’ve been the wisest thing to do.
Mel and Pachi stared at the gold. "This is sl mucj money. What should we do firsr with it." Mel asked Pachi. As they thought. "Buy tons of food" they said in union.
@ChocoChicken (You can buy arrow-making kits and bundles of arrows--enemies can also drop them, and you can find them in the wild)
Soon enough, after receiving the gold they were awarded, Maria and Evergreen went in search of a tavern. Usually, they would serve meals - but since this world, Erios, was a bit different from Chiron, Maria also wondered if the customs were the same?
@122 Generation There wasn't a tavern per se, but there was an inn. Inns usually meant a hot meal and a warm bed.
The smell of warm food caught Maria's nose, which made her hungrier, but it was welcome. She and Evergreen traced the smell to a particular inn in the village.
"Good evening." Maria took out the gold and paid as appropriate. "Anything this place is cooking up tonight? My Gardevoir friend here could use something." @122 Generation "If you're hungry, the kitchen specials are over there." The innkeeper pointed out a menuboard. "We have a variety of hot and cold items on offer."
"Hmmm, let's find new weapons," Lunti remarked, looking at all the money they have got. "Or we can pay our debt to them, baka palayain na nila tayo, (maybe they'll let us go,)" Bagsik replied, sitting on Lunti's head. "You're right. But it wouldn't be too costly for a new string, oo~?" Lunti said, heading for the shop. Bagsik just sighed.
(In that case, Peri'll probably save it as well if you can find arrows in the wild.) Deciding against restocking on arrows, Peri checked to see if there was an area he could use as a practice range. His aim had been far off - it had been a while since he had properly used a bow in a fight. No wonder he failed to hit such a large target twice...
@122 Generation @Tala Roast combusken and seared beef were two options, and onion soup was another. It helped that the cheese in the onion soup was house made.
