Oh! Sorry Sanc, i'll remove the images and swap 'em out for links. Thanks for being so quick to respond!

 

The idea is that it is the links that are the advertising content, not the images. (Notice how Sanc removed the links, but kept the images there.) So, in this context, you wouldn't be able to use the links in any capacity, unfortunately.

 

Excuse my horrible wording - i meant *other* links. Social media & other fourms and games are fine, right?

 

Social Media is acceptable, but as the rule states, "Lake Valor prohibits unsolicited advertising of other forums and communities", unless approved by an Admin. If you want to double check if a link is acceptable or not, you can PM me a list of links you want to use and I'll let you know.

 

Uhm. Is my signature ok?

 

Technically it is, though the GIF in your signature leads to a 404 page, so that's why it isn't showing up.

Images in the signature can't be larger than 500 x 300 pixels, so if the image shows up and it's under that size, you should be okay.

Strictly speaking, the height guideline is met; however, you're over the image quota. You're only permitted up to 3 small gifs or 1 large gif in your signature (as per the first post in this thread); you currently have 6 small gifs. You'll have to either combine them into a single image on your own, or take out at least 3 of the gifs.

I changed my sig a bit, and i need it checked again.

 

This time it's too tall - it's over the 400 pixel limit.

If you see any one of your posts, and there's a drop shadow with "Click to expand" in your signature, that's how you know it's too tall. (If you're unsure, after you change your signature, just find any one of your existing posts to check.)
