Modern because they aren't always predictable and classic memes have actually influenced them slightly.

 

I like modern memes because the classic ones tend to be overused and become stale overtime imo.

 

I gotta give it to modern, I just like the constantly rotating things that make me laugh over the same things over and over.

 

Newer ones until they get overused ;;

 

New ones are usually fresher and allow me to laugh at something new/waste my time with something 'in the times'.
