I did a dedicated/exhaustive search of the Gold & Silver section today. I didn't post earlier due to double-posting, but this is what I found (removing duplicates previously reported):

So I found all the Unown letters during my Q&A post binge/search.

I didn't find every single unown there... but I think I managed to find 24 ones that I didn't already have so I assume all of them can be found there. Maybe all unowns can be found in every section... but the Q&A section is where they were the most frequent for me.

 

I've located Qwilfish in the Info Hub, and Shuckle in Q&A.

 

I need to buy more pokeballs I think. I am missing out on all the good appearing mons

 

Anyone seen any Stantler, Delibird, or Wobbuffet yet?

Aside from the Johto Legends I think those are the only ones yet to be located.

 

I haven't located anything by those names. Do you have any ideas on where they would be located? I can search those sections first before others.

...While I'm on the topic, is there any species that anyone would like me to add to the Evo-Dex, that hasn't been found yet? Take a gander at the Collection on my profile and should out some ideas. I still have another 33 posts to go on this Kingdra, but after that the next thing should be simple, right?

 

Shuckle and Qwilfish are also in Pokémon General. Dunsparce is also in the Festival Plaza and Pokémon General.

Not really sure. I'd assume that they would be in sections that don't already have particularly rare Pokémon already, but the more uncommon/rare johto Pokémon seem to be found in multiple sections, but are just difficult to find and capture. Smeargle for example, is pretty rare but found in both the RP Inst. and Art Corner... and perhaps another location. Larvitar is found in several sections but still appears not that often and has a challenging capture rate.

 

I said Evo-Dex, not the Communite-Dex, you silly.

...In the process I noticed this wasn't the Catcher chat thread. Oops.

 

I found a Smeargle in the Lit Library...

Since it has been found in other sections (3/4) under the Artist's Loft, I think it can be found in all of them. It is still rare in all of them though.

 

Found a Slugma in the Market.

 

Wobbuffet is in the Festival Plaza. Shuckle and Qwilfish are also there, but Wobbuffet is the rarest one in the section imo.
