Hello everyone! I wish to gather up some people around LV for a lovely game of Gartic Phone! This game has been showing up all over the place from artist groups to just random gamers and I think it looks like a lot of fun so I want to try it out with some LV folks. Here is the site (its free): https://garticphone.com/ The rules are quite simple and are listed on the right side of the page. I have no idea how well this loads on mobile, though I figure the drawing will be harder (but perhaps more hilarious). You don't need to be a super talented artist for this! In fact from what I have seen its almost better if you are not since it leads to often funnier results. So feel free to sign up no matter how much experience you have! The site takes 4 to 30 players (which is crazy tbh) so there should be plenty of room. This particular game night will be happening on Friday August 27th at 7pm EST so keep that in mind when you sign up. Also I will he hosting this in LV's discord voicechat so come and say hi there (if you dont have a mic its ok we can chat via text as well). Hmm im not sure yet. In my timezone that would be 7 am on a Saturday and I'm not sure if I have the strength to do that
I've never played this game before so correct me if I'm wrong anywhere. Basically, all the players write a random sentence and submit it. The game randomly gives you another player's sentence and you have to draw it within the time limit. Then after all players are finished drawing, the game shows you all another player's drawing and you have to describe what's going on in it. And then the game shuffles again and you're given another sentence and you have to draw it. After the round ends, you're shown everyone's drawings. Yeah? Any more elaborations are welcomed btw. Edit: I just realized there are other prompts too. NEVER MIND IM JOINING. Please have me.
I might be able to come, but I'd be late since my band practice ends at 6:50. Probably wouldn't be able to vc though.
