    I have located and obtained a Snivy within the Intro Lobby! I suppose Tepig and Oshawott are also there-however I can't confirm at the moment. Will update if I find them!

    Edit: I went through all of Farewells and Returns AND Newbie Lounge. Tepig and Oshawott never spawned, so I guess it's just Snivy or my luck is horrible.

    yea, the alolan Pokémon some spawned but no alolan vulpix, i guess it is just luck :D
