So I posted a fanfic awhile back on here and I was wondering how I can attract folks to see it. Sounds like a simple thing to do but forums is a bit difficult for me to get used to so a little help would be nice. x-x'
Well, you can either put a link to it in your status, which I've found has worked for me a few times in the past. You can also hop on over to the Discord chat and mention when you update your story. Just make sure not to constantly talk about it, though, just to be safe.
I think the best way to do it is to link it in your sig and mention it in conversations, linking people to read it. It is also important to keep posting to keep it updated and keep posting chapters if you can to make sure it is on the first page of fic results, people are more likely to see it that way.
