Guys, it would be great if you would start to form the travel groups soonish so you can all start to know the characters that you will be traveling with.

@EeveeAbby We have begun the rp, are you still in?

 

Interacting is fine, but try to, you know focus a bit more on your group, instead of the other ones. We are at the stage that the groups need to be formed and if you only interact with people not in your group, it gets a bit hard.

I made the groups based on occupations and team composition, to avoid a lot of overlap of the same Pokémon.

If EeveeAbby doesn't enter the RP, I will look at maybe merging your groups, because running around with just 2 people is probably not what you signed up for in a Group rp...

To clarify: Only people that receive a starter from Cypress get a completely new dex. People with a dex can get an upgrade. People without a dex (not included in the sign up sheet) or not receiving a starter, get zilch, you will have to rely on your groupmates for the relevant info in the RP.

You can use any dex entries from SM/USUM for this rp.

PS: If you don't want to wait until towns to contact people, list communication devices, like the PokeGear, X-transceiver, Holocast thingy)

I like to remind all that Pokedexes are not a necessary item and you do not have to have one. I do not have one for starters, nor will I get one in the future.

Despite being from Alola, could you please change your Rotom dex to a regular 6th gen dex or a dex that does not have a Rotom? Rotomdex has a habit of interrupting basically everything in the games and makes others having dexes a bit obsolete if your Rotomdex is hanging around. Not to mention that the Rotomdex is a bit of a rare commodity as you need to have an actual Rotom for it and that seems a bit weird to be given out to everyone.

EeveeAbby decided to drop out. That leaves the group with Shadria and Choco with two people.

I am going to give you guys the choice of having the groups being merged together, 5 is a large group, but it is in my opinion better than traveling with just one partner.

Are you guys in agreement of merging the groups?

 

So, basically 3 votes that prefer the big group so far, I prefer to hear from the other two as well, but it looks like the two groups will be merged

 

Gym matches are one-on-one with the gym leader, and are usually done in one post. You will play the gym leader yourself in the battles. I will only play important NPC's like the professor if it is needed, and only outside of battles.

I cannot do nine fights as the gym leader and go one-on-one, that would take ages, so you have to type out your gym fight posts yourself.
