NGL, I had a whole thing typed out about each pack I have, but I refreshed the page and it deleted everything I wrote. Big sad. I'll just keep it short and simple. I have all the story packs (other than Final Verdict) as well as Absolute Reason. My favorite pack is easily Absolute Reason. Solid FTR charts, great songs, and a partner character as well. (Not to mention it has Cyaegha, which is my favorite song by USAO) Outside of school events like field trips and stuff? Never. I've never been on a bus. Never heard of either of them, but cheese ice cream. How fancy are we talking? I don't think I've been to a fancy restaurant (as far as I can remember)
Most frustrating failure of a video game? Like something that had so much potential but just didn't live up to it
This is fairly minor, but in Pokémon SwSh at the part when you're at the Spikemuth gym and Piers sings, they didn't actually give him vocals. He's just standing there moving his mouth and it's awkwardly silent. As much as I LOVE Piers, I can't help but be disappointed at this. I think one of my friends (who might also be on the site I'm pretty sure) told me about the site and asked me to join, and I did. Although I only made the account that day and didn't go on the site for a few months.
2 things I guess: for one, I survived my first year of college and it was very stressful. I'd rather not go into too much detail. The other thing I guess is interesting, but for the past few months I've fallen down the rabbit hole of a Disney JRPG-type of game (words I never thought I'd hear in the same sentence) called Twisted Wonderland. I'd like to see how the world recovers from the pandemic. How long will it take? What will be the final thing to cure it? Will it ever go away? So many fascinating questions. I've had sushi once and it was chicken tempura. I liked it, but I'm a bit hesitant to try the raw fish.
My apologies for not answering this question sooner. I'm just now seeing it. When I think of "old time" music, I think of 70s, 80s, and 90s music (those were WAY before my time). This is what I think is the best kind of pop music. (I'm not a fan of current pop, but that's steering off-topic.) I don't know if I can give one song as my favorite, but one of my favorites that comes to mind is "Sweet Dreams are Made of These" by Eurhythmics.
Tempestissimo beyond (Arcaea), Rrhar'il AT (Phigros), or Crash charts (Cytus 2). Or in other words, inhumanely difficult charts.
That's a tough one. I was so excited for this collab since these were my first 2 rhythm games, but now it's a little bittersweet because Akira Complex (one of the composers of the original collab song) passed away just before the collab came out. I only got the collab pack in Arcaea, not in Cytus 2, so there isn't much I can say about it on the Cytus 2 end. (The only gameplay I've seen of it is of Grievous Lady, and that chart looks TERRIFYING.) Anyway the Arcaea end is fine (other than Devillic Sphere, can't stand the future chart), but I hope we get a pack append. I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Overall 8/10. Definitely worth the wait for these two games to collab.
What was the most pleasant you've made here on LV? What is your favourite indie game? Why? How much would you be willing be sacrifice to make your current buddy a legitimate pokémon?
