Oh yeah, I forgot we still haven't gotten our Mega. Mega Garde doesn't sound too bad. We just gotta be careful at this point. Our mons aren't the bulkiest, and even if we win, we have to make sure it's at least by a decent margin, otherwise this'll be an uphill battle for me next week

Could switch Substitute for Calm Mind of Mega Garde if we wanted but stall isn't the most relevant in a format like this. @Gwoomy @Shadria @luxuryluxray Last three mons should be up for naming .u.
Yeah. Hopefully we win by a decent margin here to at least give us a chance going into this next week.
All right guys, so I had to take over for Apawn since he hadn't shown up all day today. Luckily I managed to nab us a nice 4-0 victory, so we are still in this, and as long as we win the next one by a decent margin, we might be able to just straight up win. Now. As for the last team, I have a nasty idea that I noticed we could do, especially since none of the most important members are used. Rain Offense. Pelipper, Mega Swampert, and Kingdra, the 3 staples of this sort of team, have not been used at all. I say we take this last opportunity to try and win using them.
@TripleAAABattery @Gwoomy Sorry some stuff came up today (Pokémon TCG Prerelease and I was out doing preparation stuff for going to Mexico sorta last second)- I also had been really badly sick and have only recently recovered (+College preparation) hence my lesser presence..... Sorry I've been a busy bee I should be available for the last battle (As I get back from Mexico Thursday Nightish) and a rain team sounds super nice! I used rain teams a lot in 6th gen so I think Im... semi-experienced
Let's get back to this. I think one thing we need to keep in mind (and that I have an eerie feeling about tbh) is that Alolan Ninetales is still available to be used, which would probably be the worst possible matchup we have. Klefki actually hasn't been used yet, which we could use both as an additional Rain setter with Prankster and an answer to Alolan Ninetales
Today is the last day to make a team Right? Also yes I am back Also Mon Idea: Manectric @ Manectite Ability: Lightning Rod EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe Modest Nature IVs: 1 Atk - Thunder - Hidden Power [Ice] - Volt Switch - Thunderbolt OR Mimic OR Eerie Impulse (The later two being unexpected trolling)
Yeah, we are, so can't use that. And base form Manectric is just not worth it. I have the movesets for every discussed mon except for one at home. I'd show it to you guys but can't until at least 8: 30 PM EST. We do need one last mon though. Jolteon is honestly the next best thing for an Electric, but do we really want that...? Or maybe something that doesn't quite need rain to function? I'd argue we need another electric resist, but tbh Jolteon is the biggest electric threat we face, so... yeah. Edit: Oh, btw, @Gwoomy @Shadria @luxuryluxray : Pelipper, Swampert, Kingdra, Klefki, and Scolipede can be named
@Shadria @luxuryluxray apparently pinging doesn't work when editing so i'm @ing you too I suggest Pepper for Pelipper and Hertz for Swampert. What have you got?
Maybe a Fighting Type mon could be the last spot (Poliwrath maybe for Swift Swim) to counter Hail and Sand Teams (Both having fighting weak mons)
