I have already posted it in Wattpad(My username is Ignem12), but i feel like should post it here as well. :)

    • Only the first Pokémon on any route can be caught. If that Pokémon is knocked out or it runs away etc, no Pokémon are caught on that route.

    • If a Pokémon in the party faints, they are considered dead and are to be released or permanently boxed.

    • If in a route you find an already caught Pokémon, you must continue to look for a new one.

    • All Pokémon should be nicknamed.

Before I start doing anything let me give a few details. I am using an emulator on my phone called My Boy! to do this nuzlocke. I am using a legit Emerald Rom to do it. And with that let's start!

I click start on the menu to begin and click on new game. Prof. Birch pops in and says the usual thing. At that time I realised a thing that all of the professors of regions have been named after a tree or plant of some sort. Like Oak, Elm, Birch. Rowan is also a tree, Juniper is a tree, heck even Sycamore and Kuikui are trees as well!

Then he comes to me. He asks whether I am a boy or a girl. I clicked on boy and then he asks my name. Now if you knew me when I was new to Lake Valor, you might know my name. But I wrote the name as Cobalt since... Why not?

After getting out of the truck, fixing my clock, I get introduced to our, sort of Rival May. I head off to route 1 where Birch is getting attacked by a Zigzagoon. Time to choose our starter.

If you didn't know I like all three of the Hoenn Starters. Treecko's final evolution is one of my favourite Pokémon.

Torchic's final evolution is fire fighting, which though is overused is pretty awesome typing. And Mudkip's final evolution is well, OP.

Just for the sake that I am able to complete the nuzlocke, I go for Mudkip. After three tackles Zigzagoon was out.

Professor Birch thanks me and allows me to keep the Mudkip. I nickname him Marsh(be ready for some real bad nicknames).

I head over to route 103 to battle May. She sent out Treecko and I sent out Marsh. Three tackles later Treecko was down. It didn't even attack, just kept Leer-ing.

Heading back to the lab in Littleroot, I get the Pokédex and pokeballs. The Nuzlocke has officially started. I head out of Littleroot to Route 101 after getting Running Shoes. As I walked into the grass a Wild Poochyena appeared. After a swift battle, I caught the Poochyena and named it Darky.

Going little further I reached Oldalde town. I stocked on Potions, few extra pokeballs, healed up and headed right to route 102. There were a few trainers ready for battle. I placed Darky first to train him. Up until few switch train battles later I was jumped by a Zigzagoon. I was wanting to catch it to become am hm slave later. But, Darky did a crit tackle and killed it.

I shrugged it off since I could always use other Pokémon and continued. Reaching Petalburg I talked to Norman, till Wally came in. After helping him catch a Ralts, a Pokémon I really desire for this Nuzlocke, I head over to Route 104. There I was able to catch a Taillow. I named the flying type Ariel, as in Aerial.

I follow up in Petalburg woods where I was able to get Ariel, Darky to level up due to several Bug Cathers. I was able to catch a Shroomish there and named it Shroom.

I saved the Devon worker from Aqua grunt there who in return gave me a Great Ball in return. I reached route 105 where there were several more trainer. I was able to level Marsh and Shroom to level 12 and 11 respectively. I healed up, stocked on potions, made my Pokémon hold berries and headed into the gym. The Gym trainers leveled my Shroom to 12, Marsh to 13, and Ariel to 10, Darky was at 8 at the time.

I easily defeated Roxxane using Shroom and Marsh and got the first gym badge. Heading out I saw the Devon Worker get robbed of his goods. I head to Route 116 while battling trainer.

I caught a Zigzagoon there and named him Ziggy. I head into the Rusturf tunnel and battle the grunt. There I am also able to catch a Whismur, which I name Sonicboom.

After becoming a mailman for the Devon company I battle May for the second time. This had a Pokémon death. Treecko was at level 15 and Marsh was at level 13. He was almost killed before I switched him for Sonicboom. I was able to heal Ariel up and after Sonicboom died I defeated him with a Peck. I box Sonicboom and headed to Mr.Briney's cottage. He took me to Dewford town where to do a bit grinding I went to Granite Cave.

There I was jumped by a Makuhita. I quickly caught the Pokémon. I was about to name her Braun but I found out it was a female. So named her Amat. And that's it for part 1. Part 2 will come out tomorrow.

Ahhh my favorite game, great taste! So far a pretty solid start, shame on the Whismur they can be power houses late game. Sadly getting them to that point can be a pain in the butt. Nice luck on the Shroomish though, that whole line is really handy in a nuzlocke.

@Jeydis I know! I wanted to use a Exploud in this game having fun with it earlier when I played. Also to be honest i have never used a shroomish or breloom in my entire life. This is my first time using it.

Female Makuhita, huh? How does Aelita sound for it?

Totally not inspired from Pokémon Rejuvenation :v

So I last time left you with me catching a Makuhita. Well I named her Amat. After that I grind Ariel and Shroom in the Granite cave for Brawly. Ariel was at level 17 and Shroom at 15. After that I challenged Brawly and destroyed him with Wing attacks. But, I got a but cocky and decided to use Marsh for one battle, he did some damage, but then his attack missed, which was bad since on the next turn a Focus Punch was coming. To make sure he doesn't die I swapped in Darky. Darky fainted and then I sent in Ariel to win the battle. This was the first death that I sort of hurt.

After going over it, I found out that I didn't had any Pokémon that could learn Flash. I mean Shroom could but I was not bent on it. I entered Granite cave to give Steven the letter and he gave me Steel Wing. I got out healed up and headed to Slateport.

I battled all the trainer on the beach and the little house on the corner to get half a dozen Soda Pop. After the little incident with Team Aqua I head on to route 110. There I caught an Electrike, which I forgot to name. I will do it as soon as I find the renamer. But I forgot that it was in Slateport. *sigh*. Still I really like Electrike, renamed or not so it does not matter.

After I reached the point where I had to battle May. So I was pretty scared of this battle. Due to that I checked beforehand what Pokémon she has. After making preparations I challenged her and.... Won. Alright not so hard. After battling all ther trainer Marsh leveled up to 25. Which was great since now I can use him and Amat against Wattson. After winning against the gym trainer I battle Wattson. I beat his most Pokémon with relative ease. Though against his Magneton I bring out Amat. I used Vital throw, and it did almost half. But since I moved first I was confident I would be able to beat it. It used Shock wave and it does half damage. I again use Vital throw but, but Magneton lives with 1 hp and kills Amat.

This death seriously hurt, Marsh was easily able to dispatch the other Pokémon but now I lost a really good member of the team. I head west to get some training done against trainers. After that head on to north. I head west, and encounter a Marill. In an attempt to catch it, I koed it. Shrugging over it I continue forward to get to Fiery Path where I catch a Numel, I named it Erupt, don't ask me why. On the way though, Shroom evolved to Breloom and Taillow to Swellow.

I head to Fallabor town. Nothing much there other than catching a Spinda and naming it Dizzy. I continue forward to Meteot Falls catching a Swablu on the way named Fluffy. After the incident with Magma, I head to Mount Chimney. There I pretty easily defeated the grunts and Maxie. Though for Maxie I made sure to use Breloom first since he sent out Mighthyena.

Later I headed down to Lavaridge. And thats it. I will be grinding to challenge Flannery.

    My team:
    Marsh the Marshtomp
    Ariel the Swellow
    Shroom the Breloom
    Ziggy the Zigzagoon
    Sparks the Electrike
    Erupt the Numel

So we start of with me grinding Marsh and Erupt to a level 30 to face Flannery. Leveling up Marsh was pretty easy, since he was strong against most of the Pokémon there. Leveling Erupt up was... Interesting. I had to level him up using EXP share to 19 so he can learn Magnitude. After that I had to battle him against Numels so he can level up pretty well. During that I also decided to level Ariel up. On my first encounter I faced a Spoink. I used Wing Attack and he used Psybeam, which does less than half, but confuses her. On the next turn Spoink Psych's up and Ariel hurts herself. And on the next turn Psybeam crits and.... Kills her.

For about 3 minutes I started at the screen, where it was written Ariel fainted. After a bit I headed back to the centre in Lavaridge and boxed Ariel. A very strong member of team had been killed. I withdrew the Swablu I had captured to be my new flyer. After a good amount of grinding my team was ready. I entered the gym to challenge Flannery, leading with Erupt. Magnitude OHKOed almost all of his Pokémon. For Torkoal I sent out Marsh who after Two Mud shots KOed Torkoal.

Next gym was Norman, who you can say is the toughest gym leader of Hoenn. But to beat him, I had Shroom who knew Mach Punch. Further to level up my Pokémon I put them in the day care and ran up down.

Most of my Pokémon were at level 30 above now. With that I went to challenge Norman. The battle went pretty fast with Shroom using Mach Punch. Though with the final Slaking I had to use a strategy. I first used Headbutt, praying for a flinch, which I got then I used Mach Punch when Slaking was Loafing around. With that I was able to beat Norman with not deaths.

Next gym leader was Winona who had flying types. I had Manectric on me but it was not enough since she had Altaria who was neutral to electric moves and knew Earthquake.

So I had to plan. On the way to Fortree city I got the Castform from weather institute and named her Atom. Atom had ability Weather Forcast which could help me out very well. Atom knew Hail which turns her to ice type if she uses it. If Atom in hail uses any Ice type move it will be boosted twice due to weather boost and stab. But at that time she knew Powder Snow which was not very good. So I had to surf west from Slateport to get Ice beam from a ship wreck there. I taught Atom Ice beam and grinded her up to level 30. After that I went on to Fortree battling May on the way and getting Fly from her.

Arriving at Fortree I challenged Winona and dispatched most of her Pokémon using Manectric's Thunderbolt. When she sent out Altaria I sent out Atom. He immediately set up the Hail as it Earthquaked. This was probably the least damage I have seen Earthquake do. I immediately Ice Beamed and OHKOed her. I got the 6th badge.

Also during the course of the grinding and battle, Marsh evolved into Swampert, Erupt evolved to Camerupt and Swablu evolved to Altaria. With that in end this part. Here is my team.

    Marsh the Swampert
    Fluffy the Altaria
    Erupt the Camerupt
    Sparks the Manectric
    Atom the Castform
    Shroom the Breloom

So last time I told you I beat Winona, 6th gym leader. So after that, I was feeling really confident. Though after playing through this part I found out a really important thing about Nuzlocke's.... don't feel confident.

I continued my journey next stop being Lilicove city. Before Lilycove though I had to go through Mt. Pyre, where Team Aqua was trying to take the orbs. I defeated all the Aqua grunts before Archie took the red orb and went away. The old woman gave me a Magma Emblem there.

I headed over to Lilicove, on the way I caught a Vulpix and named it Ahri. I healed up the city and flew to Lavaridge and headed to the Jagged pass where the Magma Hideout was. Swampert swept through all of the Grunts using Surf. I defeated Maxie with ease. The dude awakened Groudon with the blue orb.

Who does that? I mean you do know Groudon is red in colour and then why do you use a blue power ball to awaken that Red behemoth?

I escape out and fly to Slateport. Entering the docks I see Archie commit Grand Theft Submarine. Flying to back to Lilicove, I enter the Aqua hideout. I carefully find out which Pokéball has the Master Ball and Nugget by a really helpful thing called the internet. I battle all of his grunts as Archie gets away.

Escaping from the hideout I surf to Mossdeep. Remember what I said in the beginning of this part? Yeah so after sweeping through both teams I healed up and instantly went to challenge Tate and Liza. That was a mistake. Though I was able to beat the two with combinations of Sparks' Bite and Marsh's Surf, Erupt got killed. I have not used a Camerupt before in any games, but now that I did I was pretty close to it. And at that moment I did not even know who to replace her with.

Getting over the death I continued to thwart Team Magma's plan in the Space institute. Steven there gave me the HM for Dive. I taught it to Marsh and dived into the see to stop Team Aqua.

I found the little cave and was able to beat Archie easily. Then again he used the RED orb to awaken that BLUE fish. Who does that?!

I come out of cave with Archie and Maxie. Steven comes there and asked me to come to Sootopolis. I go there to see Groudon trying to fight Kyogre, on a tiny piece of land surrounded with water. Okay what? A simple Surf from Kyogre with be just enough to finish him.

I meet Wallace at the cave of Origins who tells me to go to Sky pillar. Before going there I stocked on Super Repels to make sure I don't get any sort of Pokémon appearance, since I had plans to catch Rayquaza.

I reach Sky Pillar and awaken Rayquaza who then stops the Red Behemoth and Blue Leviathan from fighting. Wallace thanks me and gives me HM Waterfall. Before challenging Juan I decide to do some preparation. I overleveled my Pokémon and made them learned some tms. Then I challenged Juan. Sparks' Thunderbolt was and to defeat most of his Pokémon. Shroom defeated Crawdaunt and Whishcash. For Kingdra I sent Fluffy thinking to OHKO with a Dragon Breathe, but it did half, and them Kingdra kills him with an Ice Beam. Even after planning.... I lose one of my Pokémon. I send out Sparks and finish it off with Thunder.

Getting out I boxed Fluffy and took the Wingull I had caught during my Surfing to be used as a flyer. I head to Sky Pillar to catch Rayquaza.
When the encounter happened instead of the normal green it was colour black. I stared at it, shocked for like 2 minutes before throwing my master ball. I named the shiny dragon Drake, then flew out to put him in my team, still, I was one team member less. I decided to go for the Vulpix and evolve it to Ninetails. Thats it for the time.

So in the last part I defeated the 7th and 8th gym, and lost Erupt and Fluffy. But I replaced the two with Drake the shiny Rayquaza and Ahri the Ninetails.

I looked up to see what were the teams of the Elite 4 and champion Wallace and trained my team up to that level in Victory road and Route 118. I chose these two locations since they were the areas where the max leveled Wild Pokémon were found. I grinded all of them to level 58-60 while Ahri level 55. After that it was time to get to the league. The last obstacle between me and elite 4 was Wally. I think he was a better Rival to us than May.

First was Altaria which I Ice Beamed using Atom, next was Roselia which was Flamthrowered with Ahri. Delcatty was Sky Uppercutted, Magneton Earthquaked and Gardevoir was Shadow balled. After the battle I ventured through Victory road and went to the league. I stacked on Max Potions and Full Heals healed up my team and went to challenge the Elite four and the champ.

First was Sidney. Breloom Sky Uppercutted the Absol, Mightyena, Giga Drained the Crawdaunt and Ahri Flamethrowered the Shiftry and Cacturne. One down 4 to go.

Next was Phoebe and I led with Atom. The battle was..... 6 consecutive shadow balls by Atom and then an Outrage by Drake. 2 down 3 to go.

Next was Glacia, who I was a but scared about due to her Walrein. I started with Sparks and thunderbolted most of the team. Then she sent out Walrein. I use Thunder, it hits and OHKOs. Why was I even scared? 3 down two to go. Next was Drake. I lead with Atom and immediately set the Hail up. Hail yeah. After that it was just 3 ice beams 2 Outrages. Elite 4 was over, next up Champion Wallace.

The match with Wallace... had 5 deaths. I started with Sparks and Thunderbolted most of his Pokémon. Then came out Gyarados. Sparks was out, I used Thunder since I was out of Thunderbolt. Thunder missed and Gyarados used Earthquake. Sparks was dead. I sent out Atom and used Shadow Ball and Ice Beam to end Gyarados. Next was Milotic. He outsped Atom and Ice Beamed which did less than half. I used Shadow Ball which did almost half.

He then again used Ice Beam which crit and killed Atom. I then sent Ahri to use Toxic to get chip damage. Milotic was poisoned at the cost of Ahri. I sent Shroom out for Giga Drain. But it again Outsped Ice Beam and OHKO Shroom. I send Drake and use Outrage, but he then Recovers and uses Ice beam dealing half damage. I heal up and he does. And use Outrage again, dealing half. He then Ice Beam Crits and KOs Drake. I have only Marsh left.

Marsh comes out. Milotic Ice beams and deals half. Marsh lands a Dynamic Punch which confuses the Milotic. Milotic hurts herself, and after an Earthquake Milotic was down. Next was Tentacruel which was one Earthquake. Wallace was over.

The only Pokémon left with me was Marsh, my starter. Of course at the hall of fame all my Pokémon were inducted by only Marsh was the one left.

Well with that this Nuzlocke ends. Thank you very much whoever read this nuzlocke.
