"Let's go," Xuehua responded. Unlike the boys, her mind was fast set on their next course of action. Now that they were capable of finishing off a Dragon King, what was stopping them from taking the rest...? Other than travel time, of course.
@ChocoChicken "Our journey next takes us to Keelford..." Aine explained. "The fishermon and sailors have suffered greatly at the hands of the Water Dragon King."
Atelier could appreciate how focused the Glaceon was at completing the mission, although he was slightly concerned for her too. There was something in her eyes that was cold, like steel. "Shall we stay somewhere for the night? I'm exhausted," he said.
(Yeah, but before that...) Blacky nodded in agreement. "Yeah. I still need to send a letter to my master too. Y'know, reporting to him about today," he said. The Umbreon then turned to Atelier and asked, "Oh, Atelier, still got that bow with you?"
Atelier's ears perked. "Oh, the bow from earlier? I do indeed. What's on your mind, Blacky?" He took out the bow out from his bag.
Atelier eyed the grimoire. It certainly looked like something more powerful than the tomes he currently had on him, and it made sense to trade. Blacky likely wasn't proficient at casting spells from tomes, and using something as powerful as this bow might be of more use to him than Atelier. Atelier's eyes sparkled. "That's an idea. Sure! This Archangel's Bow is all yours." He handed the bow over.
"Okay~" As the deal was settled, Blacky gave the Ethereal Grimoire to Atelier and took the Archangel's Bow from him. "Thanks, mate."
@SAF The mood in the inn was festive. Aine had bought dinner for every guest, and still had plenty left over. For the moment, she was entertaining the crowd with an episode from "The Legend of Ash the Hero"
Xuehua was quiet as she picked up her meal near the other party members. It was only after a few moments that she spoke up. "It's still hard to believe we've done this. I've only seen others claim such an uprising as a sort of trap - luring righteous adventurers to the Dragon King and setting them up for failure for their own gain. How did you learn of this quest?"
(The other two boys, assuming Aine is currently performing. But Aine can speak up if she so desires.)
As for Blacky, he picked up his meal, then sat there enjoying the show. And then there's Xuehua speaking up after a few moments: "Well, dunno about the others, but I got this mission from my master, Sir Josson the Jolteon from Kickenham," Blacky replied. "He said he had tons of other things to do, so... here I am," he went on, completely unaware that this mission also doubled as a final test for the Umbreon to reach his knighthood.
"Sir Josson... I don't think I've heard of him," Xuehua responded after a moment of thinking. "Is he famous around those parts?"
