Staves, chi channeling, holy charms, instruments, puppets, and the like all count as magical weapons

Random question: what's the best Pokemonized version of "cat's outta bag" idiom?

Besides "The Meowth's out of the bag?"

"The Pyroar has been revealed as a Meowth", or simply, "The Pyroar's just a Meowth"

"Meowth's outta bag" will do since it's for a dialogue. Heck, I even thought "Skitty's outta bag" at first.

Now randomly guessing which chi is for which Pokémon type...
    • Silver: normal, steel (?)
    • Green: rock (?), ground (?)
    • Light green: grass, bug
    • Red: fire
    • Lavender: flying
    • Blue: water
    • Cyan: ice
    • Yellow: electric
    • Purple: ... (still unsure for this one)
    • White: psychic, fairy
    • Black: dark, poison, ghost
    • Unlisted (still not sure) : fighting, dragon
    Any thoughts?

You could put purple with poison.

    You're actually very close!

    • Silver: no elemental
    • Green: rock, ground, steel, grass, bug
    • Red: fire, fighting
    • Lavender: flying
    • Blue: water
    • Cyan: ice
    • Yellow: electric
    • Purple: cosmic
    • White: psychic, fairy, dragon
    • Black: dark, poison, ghost
    • Rainbow: all the elements

Eh. I'm talking about Pokémon types here. "Normal" kinda counts as non-elemental (hence Hideki's silver chi manifesting as normal-type Pokémon moves) and I'm not sure what counts as "cosmic".

Plus, there are green chi and light green chi when I first asked about chi colors yet you lumped them both together here.

By "cosmic", I mean the moon stars, planets, galaxies, etc.

If it would be easier to split Earth into Earth and Wood, that's okay. I just find it easier to lump both sides of earth together (although I can see the case for splitting them)

    @122 Generation

What do you think? Should we count both sides of Earth as one element, or split them into Earth (rocks, metal, and crystal) and Wood (plants and nature)?

For practical reasons I suppose lumping them altogether into one element would be easier.

But then again, steel and rock are quite different from grass. So feel free to use earth and wood. It’s similar to your view for the case of splitting them.

    @SAF @122 Generation

So, are we agreed to split Earth into Earth and Wood? In that case, Earth is green chi, and Wood is light green chi as @SAF proposed.

One question that I shamelessly copy-pasted from another RP hosted by Lassus with a slight edit: How can one take a side quest at the post station (or wherever they exist)? Do they just claim that mission or is there anyone they have to talk to?

Similar to any RPG: You take a bill from a quest board, and meet with the adventurer's guild master. Once you satisfy the bill, you report your mission to the adventure's guild. This means you can accept a quest in one location, and report it in another.

Random thought: Since we have two ongoing quests, I've been wondering if we can do them both simultaneously to save time. We can use spoiler tags to separate each scenes like this:
Whatever happens in the kappa quest
Whatever happens in the heirloom quest
Or we can use separator like ~~~~~ or something if any of you are not a big fan of spoiler tags.

If anyone's wondering how I used the new "borderline" in the IC thread, it's pretty simple actually. Just use [fieldset] tag like how you would use a spoiler tag. ;)

Anyway, random question: what do you guys think of Hideki so far?

So... is it safe to assume that everyone already have their own camping gears here?
