What shinies have you missed?

That poor, poor missed flying bacon.

Haven’t seen a single shiny yet, but just popping in to say this thread deserves a tiny gravestone or something— missing regular Pokémon you want sucks, but especially glittery ones

 

I think I once missed a shiny Furfrou, but I didn't have Pokéballs and I didn't actually think anything of it. But of course, there's always next time.
In truth, I really don't care for shinies. They just glitter, and there's really nothing special about them in my eyes. So, yeah... I missed one, but didn't mind.

 

I once missed a shiny Froakie.. :c

 

I haven't missed any on here thankfully. Although I almost skipped a shiny Piplup once.

 

I’m still only finding crippling depression where my shiny charmander should be

 

I had to skip a shiny Trapinch because i had no pokeballs I still miss it

 

A shiny Grimer because my browser crashed.

And of course, the shiny Spiritomb I missed because I ran out of balls.

 

Skipped my first ever seen shiny - a Skorupi.
I didn't even notice it was shiny... until it was too late.
Spent a good five minutes just mentally screaming.

 

Skipped a Shiny Woobat by accident

 

I also failed with a Shiny Yveltal but that wasn't during a boost. I clicked a sidebar link during the boost this time and it was a shiny root seed so I'm not that upset tbh.

And a Bergmite I think at some point

 

As for myself, I remember blaming a Hoopa for eating up all my Pokeballs to the point that I missed a shiny Bunnelby during a shiny boost...

 

The shiny Pokémon image didn’t load fast enough, and as soon I clicked on a link, a shiny Espurr showed up and I couldn’t stop the next page from loading ;-; It was okay because I found another shiny Espurr a bit later.
